And To ‘Teach Our Children To Love Our Country’
President Trump reiterated that his administration will end “radical indoctrination” in schools.
“We will stop the radical indoctrination of our students and restore patriotic education to our schools. We will teach our children to love our country, honor our history, and always respect our great American flag,” he said at a rally in Nevada on Sunday.

We will live by the timeless words of our national motto, ‘In God we trust.’ And we’re going to keep it that way,” he said.
Trump held a rally outside of Las Vegas on Sunday at a manufacturing facility, his first indoor rally in three months. He also held other events in the battleground state this weekend, vowing to unite the country.
For years, you had a president who apologized for America. Now, you have a president who stands up for America,” Trump said in Nevada on Saturday. “Together, we are taking back our country.”
The president set his sights on the education system just last week when he tweeted about the New York Times Magazine’s “1619 Project,” which argues America’s founding began the year the first slaves were sold to British colonists.
“Department of Education is looking at this. If so, they will not be funded!” Trump said in response to a tweet that called attention to the project being “implemented” in California public schools.
