Claiming America Was Built On ‘Racism, Sexism And Other Evils’
An audience member at a Joe Biden campaign event claimed that America was founded on “racism, sexism and other evils,” and vice presidential nominee Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) agreed with him in her response.
The incident occurred Tuesday at a campaign event in Detroit. The man was asking Harris a question and inserted the controversial claims into his preamble.
“On behalf of the [unintelligible] black student union, we want to know that given that America is built on racism, sexism, and other evils, how will you as vice president advocate, whether through policy or just through the powers that you know that you can advocate on, how will we resolve these injustices for the black community, and specifically, for black women?” he asked.
“Yes,” responded Harris. “Thank you and thank you for your own leadership. Um, part of it is that I’m gonna need your help, because one of the biggest problems on the topic that you have raised is the failure to speak truth about America’s history with race.”
Harris went on to denounce President Donald Trump’s order to ban radical social justice training in federal organizations where people are taught that America is essentially racist.
“Literally trying to wipe out history!” she claimed. “They’re saying, there are senators and others, who are saying that basically, essentially, we should stop teaching the truth about racism in America.”
Harris then tied the question to expand spending on health care and to increase “access to capital” in the black community.
The event was touted as an “Honesty Shop Talk Roundtable” by the campaign.
Trump ordered the end of “critical race theory” as a standard of training at government agencies in a memo to the Office of Management and Budget.
“The President has directed me to ensure that Federal agencies cease and desist from using taxpayer dollars to fund these divisive, un-American propaganda training sessions,” the memo from the OMB director said.
On Tuesday, the president tweeted that he had expanded the order to apply to all companies that do business with the federal government.
“A few weeks ago, I BANNED efforts to indoctrinate government employees with divisive and harmful sex and race-based ideologies,” tweeted Trump.
“Today, I’ve expanded that ban to people and companies that do business with our Country, the United States Military, Government Contractors, and Grantees,” he added in a second tweet.
“Americans should be taught to take PRIDE in our Great Country, and if you don’t, there’s nothing in it for you!” he added.

Ricky Martin: Latinos For Trump
Ricky Martin: Latinos For Trump
Now that President Trump is making inroads with Latino and Black American voters, celebrities are sounding the alarm.
Speaking with the Variety iHeart podcast “The Big Ticket,” singer Ricky Martin said that Latinos will help Joe Biden win in the election next week while expressing concern about the Latinos who support President Trump.
I’ve been supporting Biden forever,” the “Livin’ La Vida Loca” singer told the outlet. “I think he is the only option we have and he is great and he has been in politics all his life. This is the moment. We all need to get together and be loud about the course of this nation.”
Martin noted that as a man of intersectionalities, he understands the harm of “Trump’s America.”
“I am a Latino, gay [and] married to an Arab living in Trump’s America,” he said. “We check all the boxes.”
The prospect of Latinos voting for Trump, however, Martin said was “super sad” and “really scary.”
“It is super sad,” he said. “Trumpeters make a lot of noise. And it’s scary to see their enthusiasm but us, we’re doing what’s right, the right way and we’ll see what happens in November. I’m very optimistic.”
A native of Puerto Rico, Martin dismissed Gov. Wanda Vazquez’s endorsement of the president earlier this month as something insignificant.
Who is that? Next,” he said. “She doesn’t exist. She wasn’t even elected by the people. She’s not part of this conversation.”
“I think when you have 50 million people voting already, it’s because we are not the only ones concerned about this and for that I am extremely happy,” Martin concluded. “We just take it one day at a time and we’ve had plans like we might leave the country, but no. We have to stay here and we have to fight for our rights and what we believe.”
Earlier this month, actor John Leguizamo said that Latinos engage in “self-hate” when they vote Republican, likening it to “roaches for raid.”
Latin people for Republicans are like roaches for Raid,” Leguizamo told Bill Maher. “I just feel like there’s a level of self-hate or just a lack of care of the rest of your Latin brothers and sisters who are in cages, who are being demonized by this President. I mean, hate crimes against Latin people are way up and how can you not — 23 people were shot in El Paso just for being Latin and you don’t care? So you are going to vote for this braggadocio president? I feel like it’s self-hating and selfish.”
Leguizamo went on to credit Republicans for being “clever” with their attacks on Biden by characterizing him as a socialist who will turn the United States into Venezuela.
“They are spreading this stuff that Biden is about to steal the Virgin Mary. First off, he’s a Super Catholic,” said Leguizamo. “And in Florida, they are going after Colombians telling them that if you vote for Biden he’s a socialist and he’s going to turn Columbia into Venezuela because they know we have 400,000 registered Colombians in Florida that could help flip it to Biden. They’re really clever, insidious but we are working, we’re going to figure them out.”

BLM Is Rioting In Philly For A Man Who Held A Gun To A Woman’s Head
And Was Awaiting Trial For Threatening To Shoot Another
The man who was fatally shot by police after running at them with a knife, sparking violent riots in Philadelphia, previously held a gun to a woman’s head and was awaiting trial for threatening to shoot another.
Walter Wallace Jr., who was fatally shot on Monday, was also a rapper who had songs about shooting the police.
Guns are a central theme as he rhymes about shooting people, including police,” ABC 6 reports. “Court records show Wallace was currently awaiting trial for allegedly threatening to shoot a woman and her house up.”
It gets worse.
In 2017, he pled guilty to robbery, assault, and possessing an instrument of crime after kicking down the door of another woman and putting a gun to her head,” the report continues. “And in 2013, he pled guilty to assault and resisting arrest after punching a police officer in the face.”
Apparently, Wallace also had mental health issues and was on lithium.
“I do know that he was on a regimen of lithium and that says to me he was under a doctor’s care, and that says to me officers who are trained – invisible ink – properly should notice certain things when they arrive at the scene,” family attorney Shaka Johnson told the station.
Philadelphia has now been subjected to two nights of chaos over this violent felon.

On Monday evening, the rioters looted shops, a police vehicle, lit fires, and ran over a female police officer with a truck.
According to a report from NBC, Walter Wallace Jr.’s cousin called looters “thieves and opportunists.” “They’re stealing because they have the opportunity to go and steal. Do not put my cousin’s name on that. Not one of his family members are out there participating in any of it.”

Dem Senator On Tech Censorship: ‘Anti-Conservative Bias Not A Problem
Not Enough’ Censorship Happening
Sen. Ed Markey (D-MA) claimed during a Senate hearing with tech companies on Wednesday that “anti-conservative bias is not a problem” and that the issue is not that there is too much censorship going on, but that there is not enough.
“The big tech business model, which profits ahead of people, is a real problem,” Markey claimed. “Anti-conservative bias is not a problem. The issue is not that the companies before us today are taking too many posts down, the issue is that they’re leaving too many dangerous posts up.”
In fact, they’re amplifying harmful content so that it spreads like wildfire and torches our democracy,” Markey claimed without evidence. “Mr. Zuckerberg, when President Trump posted on Facebook that when the looting starts the shooting starts, you failed to take down that post. Within a day, the post had hundreds of thousands of shares and likes on Facebook. Since then the president has gone on national television and told a hate group to stand by and he has repeatedly refused to commit that he will accept the election results.”
“Mr. Zuckerberg, can you commit that if the president goes on Facebook and encourages violence after election results are announced that you will make sure your companies algorithms don’t spread that content and you will immediately remove those messages?” Markey asked.
Democrat Sen. Ed Markey flipped the script at the tech hearing saying: "The issue is not that the companies before us today is that they're taking too many posts down. The issue is that they're leaving too many dangerous posts up."

Republican Senators focused on sinking their teeth into Twitter CEO and left-wing activist Jack Dorsey.
As you know, I have long been concerned about Twitter’s pattern of censoring and silencing individual Americans with whom Twitter disagrees,” Cruz said. “But two weeks ago, Twitter … crossed a threshold that is fundamental in our country. Two weeks Twitter made the unilateral decision to censor the New York Post in a series of two blockbuster articles, both alleging evidence of corruption against Joe Biden, the first concerning Ukraine, the second concerning communist China.”
“And Twitter made the decision number one to prevent users, any user, from sharing those stories, and number two you went even further and blocked the New York Post from sharing on Twitter its own reporting,” Cruz continued. “Why did Twitter make the decision to censor the New York Post?”
Dorsey responded by claiming that the platform decided to enforce its “hacked materials” policy and the goal of it was to limit the spread of materials that are hacked, and he did not want Twitter to be a distributor for hacked materials.
Cruz responded by highlighting how Twitter allowed, and even promoted, reports from The New York Times about President Donald Trump’s tax returns—which Cruz noted that it was “a crime, a federal felony, to distribute someone’s tax returns against their knowledge.”
Cruz later blasted Dorsey, asking, “Mr. Dorsey, who the hell elected you and put you in charge of what the media are allowed to report and what the American people are allowed to hear and why do you persist in behaving in a Democratic Super PAC silencing views to the contrary of your political beliefs?”
Dorsey claimed that was not happening.
